Performance spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are selected, you'll receive a confirmation email at least two weeks before the event.

Song sign-ups close two weeks prior to the event. After registration closes, a separate Fill-In List will open for any remaining unfilled positions, giving additional musicians an opportunity to participate.
